Paul LIBBRA, this is more than 200 vehicles:

All vehicles are carefully maintained by an internal team allowing thorough inspection and optimum safety.

Our IT

In order to improve its quality of service, Paul LIBBRA continues to invest in IT tools and new technologies.

• Our vehicles are equipped with embedded systems, allowing immediate exchange between our drivers and operators.
• All data (transport orders, invoices, vehicles, logistics, ...) are managed by our ERP ensuring fast and centralized processing for better responsiveness.
• Our Electronic Document Management (EDM) system allows us to easily manage signed delivery notes, loading and delivery orders, invoices, ... and send them by email in one click.

Transport

We specialise in the delivery of goods from 1 to 33 pallets throughout France and Europe, vehicle hire with driver, hazardous materials, and have storage facilities on the national network.

Groupage

We are a member of the POLE network, which has 60 members and 5 transit platforms to consolidate and rationalise your goods flows: 1,000,000 pallets are transported each year, 445,000 annual deliveries with an average lead time of 24 to 48 hours.

We carry out daily collections of 1 to 6 pallets, by tail-lift vehicle, throughout France; and we deliver throughout France as well as Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, by tail-lift vehicle with lead times ranging from 24/48h (for France) to 96h.

Logistics

Storage

• Our warehouses have a total area of 13,000 m² of bulk and rack storage.
• Stock management in FIFO, picking, order preparation.
• All our logistics sites are protected against theft and fire 24/7 by remote monitoring.

Material handling

To guarantee the safety of your products, we have heavy and specialised handling equipment:

• Forklifts from 1.5T to 7T
• Forklifts with coil clamps
• Forklifts with bale clamps
• 20T overhead crane

Pallet repair unit

Inspection and decontamination

The robotised disassembly of our repair unit allows the inspection and decontamination of each pallet. Our team is responsible for sorting and recycling the waste on the pallets. In addition, an automatic hygrometry analysis is carried out to guarantee high quality for each pallet.

Storage

The management of our pallet stocks is fully computerised. More than 90,000 pallets are available in our storage warehouses.
